The San Juan County Partnership addresses the many social indicators facing youth and adult populations. Priority areas include; the alarming rate of alcohol, tobacco, and other substance abuse in the families of SJC, more than 10% of SJC residents have less than a ninth grade education, SJC literacy ratings indicate that nearly one quarter of residents fall within the lowest literary rate of level 1 – level 5 being the highest and the lack of after-school youth services due to the rural nature of the community.

Members will be placed across San Juan County offering After School programming, youth and adult education outreach.

Currently serving the communities of San Juan County, New Mexico.
