CNCS with the assistance of JBS International will be offering a series of 11 webinars designed for current AmeriCorps grantees and their sub grantees. Although the webinars are organized by focus area, each will present similar core content. As grantees and their subs are halfway through the program year, the webinars are designed to provide actionable information which will allow programs to revisit their data collection tools and systems to make sure they are collecting appropriate outcome data. These initial webinars are the precursors to more advanced data collection and aggregation information which will be available to grantees before the beginning of the 2012-2013 program year.
National program staff (and any sub grantees, as desired) should register for one of the webinars specific to their focus area. State service commission staff should register for at least one focus area relevant to their portfolio to insure exposure to the core content. However, state sub grantees may be invited by their commission to attend whichever session is most relevant to their programs' focus area, regardless of whether commission staff are able to be in attendance on that specific webinar.
